    I like the scooter on the Roundel. It's always a neat history lesson at your Home, I wanted to look up the correct term for the roundel and discovered it's connection to the Mods, so I see why the scooter's in the shop on it. Very Nice.

    @alburnkat: Thanks for the compliment — I'm very honoured to be of service...! Yes, the Royal Air Force roundel was an iconic symbol adopted by the fashion-conscious Mods of the 60s and 70s, and the clothes shops of Carnaby Street, where this shot was taken, was very much central to their lives. Don't know if you've ever been there, but it's still a very funky street today, although it seems to be frequented more by tourists than by Londoners themselves these days.
